step into the sun step into the light.

I need more magic in my life. beautiful things, places and majestic sights. I wish to feast with my eyes.... so im gonna work on that.

woodpecker- let me count the ways.

Today I watched a woodpecker from some yards away. it wasn't his drilling that betrayed him, but his weightless, and acrobatic relationship with a japanese oak tree.

I once loved a woodpecker in a tree down the street... his drilling animated my morning walks

i watched you dance around the old hollow tree, it's become ceremonial, in my minds eye.

to lighten the mood

My beard grows to my toes,
I never wears no clothes,
I wraps my hair
around my bare,
and down the road I goes.

a lookout on the outlook.

the scenic lookout.
a journey may begin with the slightest semblance of unruliness. lofty thoughts, and vague intentions for productivity and development . longing for any movement beyond the lawful perimeters of adolescence through young adulthood.
before you know what's hit you, your feet are pounding the earth, and they carry you to a new place. in a moment your decision flips from no to yes or yes to no this is your life from now on, because you've decided such. I ask myself," have i made the right decision? is there even a right decision?".
At a rate.citys, names,land, land, pace.
I'm on my way somewhere. I'm not actually aiming. but when i arrive the first thing i do, neatly pack you away onto a shelf, keepsake.. memento.
The words I use to explain my journey, I've only learned them by word of mouth... by word of mouth.

It's alright to take the scenic outlook. It does not exist for itself, it's something we've established and nurtured, protected for just such a moment. there for you, will be the things you need the most, a restful sleep, outstretched arms of those you've missed along the way. When you rise with the sun clear eyes and mind, you might be better prepared to journey forward, even when your path remains obscure.
